Big Bang 2013, 6m x 5m interactive installation illustrating the global food network. Commissioned by the Global Food Security Foundation and the Institute of Food Research (IFR) Norwich.
Over 4,000 participants in four days. Those who took were part were asked to complete a 'passport' of one of the ingredients to a pizza, which were then attached to a route that the food takes, from the country of origin to the pizza factory in the UK.
