




With creative partner Cordelia Spalding, Alison Atkins won the 2011/12 Yorkshire sculpture park educational bursary. This was to deisgn and deliver a programme of workshops focusing on 3D and scultpture outside of the classroom.
The programme was created for all students, from reception to A-Level. Alison and Cordelia held mini-residencies with 29 schools/colleges and specialist schools from the Wakefield area of Yorkshire.

Working outside as much as possible, the students were encouraged to explore everything 3D, using a variety of materials, scale and techniques.
